开放教育线上招生报名系统的设计与实现——以湛江开放大学为例

摘　　要：随着互联网技术的快速发展,开放教育作为一种新型的教育形式受到了越来越多的关注和重视,成为人们提升学历的重要途径。开放大学是以现代信息技术为支撑、以“互联网+”为特征、面向全国开展开放教育的新型高等学校,但目前大多数开放教育院校只有传统的线下招生报名模式,这与开放大学的定位不符。为了响应党的二十大提出的“办好人民满意的教育”“加快建设高质量教育体系”的新时代要求,开放大学需要设计和实现一套高效、安全、可扩展的符合开放教育的线上招生报名系统,从而优化招生流程、提高工作效率和服务质量。With the rapid development of Internet technology,open education,as a new form of education,has attracted increasing attention and importance,becoming an important pathway for the people to enhance their educational qualifications.Open universities are a new type of higher education institution that relies on modern information technology,features"Internet+",and conducts open education nationwide.However,currently,most open education institutions still use traditional offline enrollment registration methods,which do not align with the positioning of open universities.To respond to the requirements of the new era proposed in the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,namely,providing satisfactory education for the people and accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system,it is necessary to design and implement an efficient,secure,and scalable online enrollment registration system that fits the characteristics of open education.This will optimize the enrollment process,improve work efficiency,and enhance service quality.
