摘　　要：传统数据加密存储方法不仅加密时间长,而且存储安全性能低,为此研究了基于同态加密医院医疗数据安全存储方法。首先,使用同态加密算法加密医院医疗数据。其次,将加密后的数据上传至云端,通过生成新的重排索引表完成预处理。再次,用户端在获得云端返回的结果后,进行解密操作以获取检索词。最后,根据关联文件的不同相似程度排序文件,并整合结果上传到云端进行存储。实验结果表明,文章方法加密时间短,丢包率较小,优于对比方法,可实现医院医疗数据的安全存储。The traditional data encryption storage method has a long encryption time,but the storage security performance is low.Therefore,the hospital medical data security storage method based on Homomorphic encryption is studied.First,use the Homomorphic encryption algorithm to encrypt the hospital medical data,upload the encrypted data to the cloud,and complete the preprocessing by generating a new rearrangement index table.Then,after obtaining the results returned from the cloud,the user can perform decryption operations to obtain the search terms.Finally,sort the files based on their different similarity levels,and consolidate and upload the results to the cloud for storage.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has a short encryption time and a low packet loss rate,which is superior to the comparison method and can achieve secure storage of hospital medical data.
