摘  要:本文通过分析超音速火焰喷涂与爆炸喷涂的不同特点,确定了采用超音速火焰喷涂替代爆炸喷涂的工艺方案。由于目前国内外不同厂家生产的钴/碳化钨(Co/WC)材料存在喷涂性能参差不齐的现状,需要开展工艺试验确定可用粉末材料。通过试验验证,超音速火焰喷涂工艺制备的钴/碳化钨涂层性能与爆炸喷涂钴/碳化钨涂层的性能指标相当,能够满足零件使用要求,并且超音速火焰喷涂效率更高、环境影响较小,因此具有更好的应用前景和推广价值。This paper analyzes the different characteristics of high velocity oxy-fuel spraying and explosion spraying,and determines the process scheme of replacing explosion spraying with high velocity oxy-fuel spraying.Due to the current situation of uneven spraying performance of cobalt/tungsten carbide(Co/WC)materials produced by different manufacturers at home and abroad,process tests are required to determine the available powder materials.Through test verification,the performance of cobalt/tungsten carbide coating prepared by high velocity oxy-fuel spraying process is comparable to that by explosion spraying,and can meet the requirements of parts.In addition,high velocity oxy-fuel spraying has a higher efficiency and less environmental impact,so it has better application prospects and promotion value.
