摘　　要：本文以医院集中纯水供水系统管网消毒为例,以水质满足国家规范要求为基础,以PDCA方法为指导,制定管网消毒前期准备工作和实施方案。在管网消毒过程中不断查找存在的问题并进行整改。通过水质取样及反馈分析实施闭环管理,实现规范高效的管网消毒流程,有效预防和控制因流程不规范、水质不合格而造成医院院感问题。This paper takes the disinfection of the centralized pure water supply system pipeline network in hospitals as an example to develop the preliminary preparation work and implementation plan for pipeline network disinfection based on the water quality meeting national standard requirements and guided by the PDCA method.The existing problems during the disinfection process of the pipeline network are continuously identified and rectified.Through water quality sampling and feedback analysis,a closed-loop management is implemented,a standardized and efficient pipeline network disinfection process is achieved,hospital infection problems caused by non-standard processes and substandard water quality are effectively prevented and controlled.
