基于“培土生金”理论对防治可吸入大气颗粒物致不良妊娠结局的思路探析

摘　　要：PM_(2.5)可诱导不良妊娠结局,生殖领域尚缺乏应对环境污染,尤其是PM_(2.5)引起胚胎损伤的系统理论及有效干预药物。基于中医基础理论及临床研究,发现“肺金受损,子病及母,脾土虚弱”是PM_(2.5)致妊娠早期胚胎损伤过程中的关键病机。结合PM_(2.5)的暴露途径及致病特点,认为PM_(2.5)属于广义六淫邪气的范畴,PM_(2.5)从口鼻侵入人体,损伤肺金,子病及母,脾土虚弱、气血亏损,胎元失养而致胎元早堕。首次提出关于“培土生金”法在外源性环境污染物暴露途径中的干预假说,开辟了防治可吸入大气颗粒物生殖毒性的新思路,为开发天然药物以实现优生、保护胚胎健康发育提供强有力的中医理论支持。PM_(2.5) can induce unfavourable pregnancy outcomes,there is still lacking of response to environmental pollution,especially PM_(2.5) system theory of embryo injury and effective intervention drugs in the reproductive field.Based on TCM theory and clinical researches,it is found that‘Damage of Lung causing Spleen-deficiency due to disease of Child bringing disaster to Mother’is the key pathogenesis of fetus injury in early pregnancy induced by PM_(2.5).It is believed that PM_(2.5) belongs to a kind of generalized six evil-Qi according to its exposure route and pathogenic characteristics.PM_(2.5) invades the human body from the mouth and nose,damaging Lung resulting in weakness of Spleen and loss of Qi and blood,malnourishment of fetal Yuan due to Child disease involving Mother,finally leading to premature miscarriage.The intervention hypothesis of‘reinforcing earth to generate metal’in the exposure pathway of exogenous environmental pollutants is put forward for the first time,which opens up a new idea for the prevention and treatment of reproductive toxicity of inhalable atmospheric particles,and provides strong TCM theoretical support for the development of natural drugs to achieve eugenics and reassure the healthy development of embryos.
