摘 要:本文为了掌握油浆性质及其脱除固体颗粒及胶质、沥青质等非烃重组分影响因素,以延长石油集团生产过程中的FCC油浆和DCC油浆为原料,对比了两者的基本性质,对所含固体颗粒的性质进行了深入的分析表征,进一步以溶剂抽提法考察了溶剂、温度、剂油比、分离时间等因素对脱除固体颗粒及胶质、沥青质等非烃类组分收率的影响。实验结果表明,溶剂抽提分离对FCC油浆、DCC油浆脱除固含量及胶质、沥青质等非烃组分具有良好的效果,在正辛烷为溶剂、温度为60℃、时间为40min、搅拌速度为150r·min^(-1)和剂油比为1.5:1的适宜条件下,FCC油浆和DCC油浆的烃类组分收率分别为96.84%、79.15%,固含物的脱除率在95%以上,有利于低值油浆进一步生产高值化产品。In order to master the properties of oil slurry and discuss the effects of removing solid particles,colloid,asphaltene and other non-hydrocarbon recombination components.The FCC slurry and DCC slurry in the production process of Yanchang Petroeum Group were used as raw materials,The properties of FCC slurry and DCC slurry were compared,the properties of the solid particles were analyzed and characterized.The effects of solvent extraction method,temperature,solvent oil rate and separation time on yield particles,gelatin,asphaltene and other hydrocarbon were investigated.The results showed that the solvent extraction and separation had good effects on the removal of solid particles,asphaltene and non-hydrocarbon.Optimum condition of octane as solvent,temperature at60℃,40min,150r·min^(-1),and 1.5∶1 as solvent oil rate,the yields of hydrocarbon components on FCC slurry and DCC slurry were 96.84%and 79.15%,respectively.The removal of solid contents were both more than 95%,which was favorable for further production of high value products from the slurry.
