摘　　要：本文研究了轻、中质原油碱驱过程中界面张力、乳化度、润湿性变化和皂化程度的协同作用。对NaOH驱出液中回收油进行分析,考察了油包水(W/O)乳状液的质量和皂化程度。岩芯驱油实验表明,当NaOH质量分数为1wt%时,初始采收率可达25.48%。当NaOH浓度从0.2wt%变化到1wt%时,平衡IFT、平均乳滴尺寸、接触角、中和皂化程度和残油采收率分别为原油储量(OIIP)的0.0714~0.425 m N·m^(-1)、2.85~5.63μm、54°~37°,14.61%~34.45%和11.29%~25.48%,随着碱浓度的增加,环烷酸的消耗量增加,从而有助于增大乳状液平均粒径。此外,接触角将润湿性从亲水变为两亲性,大大提高驱油效率。The synergistic effects of interfacial tension,emulsifying degree,wettability change and saponification degree during alkaline flooding of light and medium crude oil were studied in this paper.The recovered oil from(NaOH)flooding solution was analyzed to observe the quality and saponification degree of W/O emulsion.Core flooding experiments showed that when the mass fraction of NaOH was 1wt%,the initial oil recovery could reach25.48%.When NaOH concentration changed from 0.2wt%to 1wt%,the equilibrium IFT,average droplet size,contact angle,neutralization saponification degree and residual oil recovery of oil initially ip place(OIIP)were0.0714~0.425mN·m^(-1),2.85μm~5.63μm,54°~37°,14.61%~34.45%and 11.29%~25.48%,respectively.With the increase of NaOH concentration,the consumption of naphthenic acid increased,which contributed to the increase of average particle size of emulsion.In addition,contact angle changes wettability from hydrophilic to amphiphilic,which greatly improves oil displacement efficiency.
