摘  要:针对传统室内装饰涂料易挥发溶剂造成污染和耐污耐水性能差的问题,提出一种新型水性硅丙涂料的制备,并对涂料的性能及室内应用效果进行研究。实验结果表明,联合A174-TEOS作为硅烷偶联剂,纯硅乳胶和纯丙乳胶比例为2:8时,制备的共混硅丙乳胶实际固含量为47.3wt%,多分散性指数PDI低于0.1,粒径为147.6nm,热分解温度为360℃;共混硅丙乳胶膜接触角为102.9°,乳胶膜成膜性较好,并未出现缩孔现象,性能良好。以此硅丙乳胶为原料制备的水性硅丙涂料硬度等级为HB,附着力为0级,耐污等级为1级,耐水洗刷性超过10000次,耐醇洗刷性超过1000次,综合性能明显优于纯丙涂料,可以在室内装饰发挥重要作用。A new type of water-based silicone acrylic coating is proposed to address the issues of pollution caused by volatile solvents in traditional indoor decoration coatings and poor resistance to pollution and water.The performance and indoor application effects of the coating are studied.The experimental results showed that when A174 TEOS was used as a silane coupling agent and the ratio of pure silicone latex to pure acrylic latex was 2:8,the actual solid content of the prepared blended silicone acrylic latex was 47.3wt%,the polydispersity index(PDI)was less than 0.1,the particle size was 147.6nm,and the thermal decomposition temperature was 360 ℃;The contact angle of the blended silicone acrylic latex film is 102.9°,but the latex film has good film-forming properties and no shrinkage phenomenon,indicating good performance.The water-based silicone acrylic coating prepared from this silicone acrylic emulsion has a hardness level of HB,adhesion level of 0,pollution resistance level of 1,water washing resistance of over 10000 times,and alcohol washing resistance of over 1000 times.Its comprehensive performance is significantly better than that of pure acrylic coating,and it can play an important role in indoor decoration.
