摘　　要：为科学掌握卫河生态流域健康水平,根据河流健康定义、生态流域框架及卫河流域现状,在融入流域管理思想基础上,构建了基于水资源、水安全、水生态、水经济4个一级指标,包括16个二级指标的卫河生态流域健康综合评价指标体系。参考《河湖健康评价指南(试行)》和专家咨询,确定了各评价指标的评价标准,运用层次分析法确定权重,评价了现状卫河生态流域健康状况。结果表明:卫河生态流域健康综合评价得分为62.0分,属于四级生态流域、不健康状态;水安全、水经济处于健康状态,水资源、水生态处于劣态,水资源失衡诱发水生态紊乱进而影响整个卫河生态系统;从4个一级指标得分排序看,水经济>水安全>水生态>水资源,水资源和水生态是制约卫河健康发展的根本因素,应制定科学合理调度水资源方案。In order to master the health level of Weihe River ecological basin scientifically,according to the definition of river health,ecolog-ical watershed framework and the present situation of Weihe River Basin and on the basis of integrating the idea of watershed management,the health evaluation system of Weihe River ecological watershed was built based on 16 indexes from 4 dimensions of water resources,water security,water ecology and water economy.Through Guidelines for Health Assessment of Rivers and Lakes and expert consultation,an evalua-tion criteria for each evaluation indicator was established,the weight was determined by AHP,the current health grade and status of Weihe River ecological watershed were evaluated.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation score for the health of the Weihe River ecologi-cal basin is 62.0,belonging to a fourth level ecological basin and in an unhealthy state.Among them,water security and water economy are in a healthy state,while water resources and water ecology are in an inferior state,water resources imbalance induces water ecological disor-der,which affects the whole river ecosystem.In terms of scoring in four dimensions,water economy>water security>water ecology>water re-sources,water resources and water ecology are the fundamental factors that restrict the healthy development of Weihe River,a scientific and rational water resources management scheme should be formulated.
