摘 要:为解决某抽黄灌区枢纽泵站机组流量大幅衰减问题,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对其衰减原因进行分析,提出进水系统改造方案,并对改造前后的进水系统流态进行数值模拟对比。结果表明:改造前,在箱涵进口产生明显吸入涡,大量气体和杂质经箱涵高速进入吸水池后,造成池内水流上下翻滚,导致水泵吸水性能极差,运行一段时间后流量迅速衰减;改造后,进水系统流态得到有效改善,进水池低速区变小,吸水池水流上下翻滚现象消失,水泵吸水性能提升较大,机组流量衰减现象得到明显改善。通过实测改造前后泵站的运行流量,验证了CFD用于泵站内部流场模拟的可靠性;在后续对原有工程进行改造时,可先采用CFD对原始系统进行流场模拟,有针对性地进行结构改造。该泵站流道改造前后效果验证,进水系统设计时,应尽量保持各进水建筑物压力流或明流相同。In order to solve the issue of significant flow attenuation in multiple pumping stations in a Yellow River irrigation area,the compu-tational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was used to analyze the causes of flow attenuation and propose a retrofit scheme for the inlet system.The flow pattern of the inlet system was numerically simulated and compared before and after the retrofit.The simulation results show that a clear suction vortex is generated at the culvert inlet,and after entering the pump sump at high speed through the culvert,the water flow is rolling up and down,resulting in poor water absorption performance of the pump and rapid flow attenuation after a period of operation.After the renovation,the inlet system flow pattern has been effectively improved,the low-speed zone of the fore-bay has been reduced,the phe-nomenon of water flowing up and down disappears,and the water absorption performance of the pump has been greatly improved,further im-proving the flow attenuation of the unit.Qualitative analysis of experimental data verifies CFD’s reliability in simulating a pumping station’s internal flow field.When carrying out structural transformations in future projects,CFD can be used to simulate the flow field of the original system and targeted structural transformations can be carried out.The effect before and after the reconstruction of the pumping station flow channel also indicates that when designing the inlet system,efforts should be made to keep the flow pattern of each inlet building as consist-ent as possible,i.e.,with the same pressure flow or open flow.
