摘  要:在超临界CO_(2)布雷顿循环系统中,CO_(2)工质会泄流到涡轮机械的环形腔室内形成轴向流动,造成转子风摩损耗增大,降低系统效率.现有研究主要针对无轴向流动转子风摩损耗开展,本研究结合泄流对涡轮机械的影响,采用数值模拟结合实验验证的方法,分析CO_(2)轴向流动对转子风摩损耗的影响.结果表明:轴向流动会抑制环形涡的生成,在模拟工况下,当轴向雷诺数与旋转泰勒数的比值Re/Ta>15.8%时,环形涡消失;轴向流动使得转子壁面剪切应力的波动幅值减小,平均值增大;与轴向流动相比,转速对转子风摩损耗的影响更为明显;内外半径比越大,中间层的速度越大,转子风摩损耗越大.In the supercritical CO_(2) Brayton cycle system,CO_(2) will leak into the annular chamber of the turbomachine to form an axial flow,which would increase rotor windage loss and reduce system efficiency.Existing researches mainly focus on the rotor windage loss of non-axial flow.In this study,combining with the influence of leakage on turbomachine,numerical simulation and experimental verification are used to analyze the effect of CO_(2) axial flow on rotor windage loss.The results show that the formation of annular vortices is inhibited by axial flow.Under the simulated working condition,the annular vortex disappears when Re/Ta is greater than 15.8%(Re/Ta is ratio of axial Reynolds number to rotational Taylor number).The amplitude of shear stress fluctuation on rotor wall decreases and the average value increases with axial flow.The effect of rotational speed on rotor windage loss is more apparent than that of axial flow.The velocity of the intermediate layer increases with the inner and outer radius ratio,which increases the rotor windage loss.
