中国纺锤水蚤属一新记录种  

A new record species of Acartia in China

摘　　要：在分析漳州市漳江口和厦门市龙舟池的浮游生物样品时,发现2种纺锤水蚤——强足纺锤水蚤(Acartia forticrusa Soh,Moon,Park&Maran,2013)和索氏纺锤水蚤(A.southwelli Sewell,1914).此前中国记录的披针纺锤水蚤鉴定有误,应为强足纺锤水蚤,而索氏纺锤水蚤为中国的新记录种.通过对标本的形态观察以及线粒体细胞色素氧化酶Ⅰ基因序列的比对证实了鉴定的准确性.上述结果丰富了中国纺锤水蚤属物种的多样性,并将索氏纺锤水蚤的观测分布范围由印度洋扩大至西太平洋.Acartia forticrusa Soh,Moon,Park&Maran,2013 and A.southwelli Sewell 1914 were sorted out from plankton samples collected in the Zhangjiang Estuary,Zhangzhou and the Longzhou Pool,Xiamen.The previous record of A.southwelli in China was a misidentification of A.forticrusa,and A.southwelli is a new record species in China.The accuracy of the identification was confirmed by the morphological description of specimens and the comparison of mitochondrial cytochrome oxidaseⅠ(mtCOⅠ)gene sequences.Results of this study enrich the species diversity of Acartia in China,and extend the observed distribution of A.southwelli from the Indian Ocean to the western Pacific region.
