摘 要:为定量评价六氟化硫(SF_(6))泄漏危险特性,以某气体绝缘变电站内小孔逸出和设备破裂泄漏为例,采用计算流体力学软件FLACS进行模拟研究,得出SF_(6)泄漏后气云分布及体积分数变化。结果表明,泄漏量是影响泄漏扩散后果的关键,在泄漏量较大的设备破裂条件下,泄漏前期局部气云体积分数就会超过危险临界值,影响范围扩大速率较快。几何障碍物也是影响气体泄漏扩散的重要因素,近地面的管道布置会影响SF_(6)气体扩散,几何障碍较少的空间更利于SF_(6)气体扩散。此外,根据模拟分析结果提出了降低泄漏概率、加强泄漏监测、缓解泄漏后果、强化安全管理等4个方面的优化措施。In order to quantitatively evaluate the leakage risk characteristics of sulfur hexafluoride(SF_(6)),selecting the leakage from small hole and equipment rupture leakage in gas-insulated substation as examples,the gas distribution and concentration changes after SF_(6).leakage were obtained using the computational fluid dynamics software FLACS.The results show that the amount of gas leakage is the foremost factor influencing the consequences of leakage and dispersion.Under the condition of equipment rupture with large leakage amount,the local gas cloud concentration exceeds the dangerous critical value in the early stage of leakage,and the influence range expands rapidly.Geometric obstacle is also an important factor affecting gas leakage and dispersion.Near-ground pipeline layout affects SF_(6)gas dispersion,and space with fewer geometric obstacles is more conducive to SF_(6)gas dispersion.In addition,according to the results of simulation analysis,four optimization measures are proposed to reduce the leakage probability,strengthen the monitoring,mitigate the consequences,and strengthen the safety management.
