摘　　要：从脉冲式过滤除尘器的结构及工作原理出发,重点分析除尘器形态、过滤系统、清灰系统、卸灰系统、管道设置5大常见故障,并提出除尘器常见故障预防和应急处理措施;通过除尘行业涉爆粉尘的安全防范措施分析,明确除尘器使用过程中的重大安全问题,提出有效预防及应急处理手段,为工业场所除尘器故障排查、除尘器安全性能提升提供参考。Based on the structure and working principle of the pulse filter dust collector,the five common faults of the dust collector including its shape,filtration system,dust cleaning system,dust discharge system and the pipeline setting are analysed emphatically,and the prevention and emergency treatment measures for the common faults of the dust collector are put forward;clarify the major safety problems in the use of the dust collectors and put forward the effective prevention and emergency treatment measures through the analysis of the safety precautions against explosive dust in the dust removal industry in order to provide reference for the dust collector troubleshooting and the improvement of the safety performance.
