摘  要:棘球蚴病是一种由棘球绦虫幼虫引起的人兽共患寄生虫病,广泛流行于我国中部和西部牧区,严重制约畜牧业经济发展,威胁农牧民生命健康。开发灵敏、适用于早期诊断的棘球绦虫检测方法,对于净化环境中棘球绦虫虫卵和消除带虫中间宿主具有重要意义。本文综述了棘球绦虫分子检测和血清学检测的研究进展,对各种检测技术的应用进行比较和总结,以期为开发棘球绦虫新型检测方法提供帮助。Echinococcosis is a zoonotic disease caused by the larvae of Echinococcus spp.,which is widely prevalent in pastoral areas of central and western China.Echinococcosis severely restricts husbandry industry development and threatens the health of farmers and herdsmen.It is very significant to develop sensitive and suitable methods for early detection of Echinococcus spp.in intermediate or definitive hosts in order to purify Echinococcus spp.eggs among the environments and eliminate the parasite in host.This paper reviewed the research progress of serologic and molecular detection of Echinococcus spp.Through induction and comparison of various detection techniques,this review provided general guidelines for development of new methods to detect Echinococcus spp.
