摘　　要：假病毒作为一种安全和便捷的研究工具,在病毒学尤其是在高致病性病毒基础研究和疫病防控研究中发挥着重要作用。本文通过介绍假病毒的定义和特性、分类和构建、常见的包装系统和报告基因,并重点阐述了假病毒在猪病原研究中的应用,旨在为假病毒的发展与猪重要疫病的防控研究提供技术参考。As a safe and convenient research tool,pseudovirus has played an important role in virology,especially in the basic research of highly pathogenic viruses and the research of disease prevention and control.In this paper,the definition and characteristics,classification and construction,common packaging systems,and reporter genes of pseudoviruses were introduced,and the application of pseudoviruses in the study of swine pathogens was emphasized.The content of this paper provides insights into the development of pseudoviruses and the technical reference for the prevention and control of important swine diseases.
