摘 要:数字孪生流域是当下智慧水利的主要研究方向。以数字孪生流域为底板,强化预报、预警、预演、预案功能进行数字化模拟是水利高质量发展的重点领域。文章总结了水资源管理面临的形势和问题,梳理了数字孪生流域建设背景下的水资源“预报-预警-预演-预案”需求,以水资源动态评价模型和水资源动态配置两大模型作为核心引擎,初步构建了面向业务需求的水资源“四预”架构体系,并对其功能进行了设计,可为数字孪生流域建设提供参考和借鉴。Digital twin basins are a main research direction in the field of smart water conservancy.Using digital twin basins as the foundation,enhancing digital modeling of the four functions of prediction,early warning,simulation,and contingency planning is a key area for water conservancy high-quality development.This paper summarizes the situation and problems of water resources management,and sorts out the demand for prediction,early warning,simulation,and contingency planning in water resources management amid digital twin basin construction.Choosing the dynamic assessment and configuration models of water resources as core engines,the paper preliminarily builds a business-oriented system for prediction,early warning,simulation,and contingency planning in water resources management and designs its functions.The research results can provide reference for the development of digital twin basins.
