摘 要:溢洪道是确保水库安全的“太平门”,水库工程的关键组成部分,其设计和布置合理与否,直接影响到水工建筑物的安全。为了验证沟水坡水库溢洪道除险加固方案设计合理性和优化的可能性,基于沟水坡水库溢洪道模型试验水面线实测数据,采用CFD数值仿真方法,结合VOF水气两相流模型和RNG湍流模型,对不同工况洪水下沟水坡水库溢洪道水面线进行模拟,模拟结果与沟水坡水库溢洪道模型试验实测数据吻合较好,验证了数值仿真具有较高的精度。在此基础上,对不同工况下沟水坡水库两级跌水消能段的水位流量关系、水流流态等水力特性进行模拟,分析原设计方案存在的问题,进一步提出优化方案,为后期工程除险加固提供了重要参考。The spillway serves as an emergency exit that ensures the safety of the reservoir,a key component of the reservoir project.Its design and layout,reasonable or not,will directly affect the safety of hydraulic structures.To verify the design rationality and optimization possibility of the reinforcement scheme for the spillway of Goushuipo Reservoir,based on the measured data of the water surface line of spillway model test of Goushuipo Reservoir,this paper adopts CFD numerical simulation method,combined with the VOF water-gas two-phase flow model and RNG turbulence model,to simulate the water surface line of the spillway of Goushuipo Reservoir under different flood conditions.The simulation results are in good agreement with the measured data of the spillway model test of the Goushuipo Reservoir,verifying that the numerical simulation has high precision.On this basis,this paper further simulates the hydraulic characteristics such as the stage-discharge relationship and water flow pattern in the two-stage drop energy dissipation section of the Goushuipo Reservoir under different working conditions,analyzes problems existing in the original design,and proposes optimized solutions,which can provide important reference for the later engineering reinforcement.
