不同种质来源连翘外观性状与质量相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析青翘与抢青连翘间的质量差异,为连翘的质量控制提供理论依据。方法对来自不同产地的28批连翘性状进行归纳总结,采用超高效液相色谱法测定不同批次、不同成熟度连翘中连翘苷、连翘酯苷A含量并建立指纹图谱。结果青翘千粒重是抢青连翘的2.75倍,外观形态饱满,表面斑点明显,胚发育相对成熟;抢青连翘较青翘的连翘苷和连翘酯苷A含量高,但千粒连翘二者总含量低;共确定青翘11个共有峰,抢青连翘18个共有峰。结论青翘与抢青连翘在外观性状和化学成分含量上具有显著差别,用超高效液相色谱法建立的指纹图谱快捷、方便,可用于不同种质来源连翘质量评价。Objective To analyze the quality difference between Qingqiao(near-mature fruit of Forsythia suspensa)and For-sythiae Fructus collected in the earlier period harvest,called“QiangQing”,and to provide theoretical basis for quality control of Forsythiae Fructus.Methods The characters of 28 batches of Forsythiae Fructus collected from different producing areas were summarized.The content of forsythin and forsythoside A were determined by UPLC and the fingerprint was established.Results The 1000-grain weight of Qingqiao is 2.75 times that of the fruits collected in“Qiang Qing”period,with full appear-ance,obvious surface spots and more mature embryo development;The content of forsythin and forsythoside A in the fruits collect-ed in“Qiang Qing”period was higher than that in Qingqiao,but the total content of the fruits collected in“Qiang Qing”period was lower than that in Qingqiao;A total of 11 common peaks of Qingqiao and 18 common peaks of the fruits collected in“Qiang Qing”period were determined.Conclusion This study can evaluate the quality of Forsythiae Fructus more comprehensively and accurately,and provide scientific basis for the quality control of Forsythiae Fructus.
