摘　　要：目的分析针灸联合中药痛必宁治疗子宫内膜异位症患者痛经及血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平的影响。方法选取2020年12月至2022年3月就诊于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院妇科门诊治疗的符合纳入标准的寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症痛经患者96例,按照数字随机表法分成试验组49例和对照组47例。对照组于经前7天至月经第3天口服痛必宁冲剂,试验组在口服中药的基础上给予针灸治疗,治疗时间为3个月经周期。于月经净后2~3天采血,分别检测各组治疗前后血清CA125、TNF-α、IL-6、TGF-β因子水平的表达情况,比较两组痛经临床疗效和痛经疼痛积分,并对比两组治疗前后血清CA125、TNF-α、IL-6、TGF-β因子水平。结果(1)试验组痛经总有效率83.67%(41/49)显著高于对照组总有效率59.57%(28/47)(P<0.05)。(2)通过3个月经周期治疗,试验组痛经积分、CA125、TNF-α、IL-6及TGF-β指标水平明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者CA125、TNF-α、IL-6、TGF-β水平均降低(P<0.05),且试验组各项指标情况均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合中药痛必宁可明显改善寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者痛经症状及下调CA125、TNF-α、IL-6、TGF-β因子水平,值得临床应用推广。Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Tong Bi Ning on dysmen-orrhea and serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in pa-tients with endometriosis,transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)levels.Methods From December 2020 to March 2022,96 cases of dysmenorrhea patients with cold blood stasis type endometriosis who were treated in the gynecological outpatient depart-ment of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and treated according to the random table method.Then,they were divided into experimental group of 49 cases and control group of 47 cases.The con-trol group was given Tong Bi Ning Granules orally from 7 days before menstruation to the 3rd day of menstruation,while the exper-imental group was given acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,and the treatment time was 3 menstrual cycles.Their blood was collected 2-3 days after menstruation,and the expressions of serum CA125,TNF-α,IL-6,and TGF-βfactors were detected in each group before and after treatment.The levels of serum CA125,TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-βfactors in the group before and after treatment.Results(1)The total effective rate of dysmenorrhea in the experimental group was 83.67%(41/49),which was significantly higher than that in the control group,which was 59.57%(28/47)(P<0.05).(2)After 3 menstrual cycles,the levels of dysmenorrhea score,CA125,TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-βin the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)The levels of CA125,TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-βin the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the in-dexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Tong Bi Ning can significantly improve dysmenorrhea symptoms and down-regulate the levels of CA125,TNF-α,IL-6 and
