摘　　要：良性甲状腺结节疗效评价体系的优化正在成为制约该病在中医临床、科研发展的瓶颈问题。文章通过分析良性甲状腺结节中医疗效评价标准的现状,结合相应临床研究,指出现有疗效评价标准的不足之处,提出对于中医药治疗良性甲状腺结节多维度疗效评价体系的构建,为精准评估中医药治疗良性甲状腺结节提供科学依据。The optimization of therapeutic evaluation system for benign thyroid nodule is becoming a bottleneck problem restric-ting the development of clinical and scientific research of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.In this article,through ana-lyzing the status quo of the benign thyroid nodules in traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation standards,combined with the corresponding clinical research,points out that the existing deficiency of the curative effect evaluation standard,put forward the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules multidimensional curative effect evaluation system con-struction,to provide a scientific basis for accurate evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of benign thyroid nodules.
