摘  要:瞬时受体电位(TRP)通道是一类重要的非选择性阳离子通道,其家族成员众多,TRPV1属于TRP离子通道香草酸受体亚型家族成员,参与多种生理病理过程。其中,TRPV1通道的异常表达及功能改变与心血管疾病的发生密切相关。近年来研究发现,通过激动或者拮抗TRPV1通道可以调节血管内皮和心肌细胞功能,参与心血管疾病的调控。干姜作为TRPV1激动剂,附子干姜是治疗心血管疾病的常用药。该文主要从TRPV1通道及附子干姜基于血管内皮细胞和心肌细胞对心血管系统疾病的作用及机制作一综述,为心血管疾病的防治提供新思路。Transient receptor potential(TRP)channels are an important class of non-selective cation channels with numerous family members.TRPV1 belongs to the vanilloid receptor subtype family of TRP channels and is involved in a variety of physio-pathological processes.Abnormal expression and functional alterations of TRPV1 channels are closely associated with the develop-ment of cardiovascular disease.Recent studies have shown that agonism or antagonism of TRPV1 channels can regulate vascular endothelial and cardiomyocyte function and participate in the regulation of cardiovascular disease.As an agonist of TRPV1,gan jiang and fu zi are commonly used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.This article is a review of the effects and mecha-nisms of TRPV1 channels and gan jiang with fu zi on cardiovascular diseases based on vascular endothelial cells and cardiomyo-cytes,and provides new ideas for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
