摘 要:目的探究不同复配及不同浓度的叶面肥对箭叶淫羊藿成分含量的影响,以期筛选出箭叶淫羊藿最佳叶面肥配比,为箭叶淫羊藿规范化种植提供参考。方法选用地衣芽孢杆菌(A)、黄腐酸钾(B)、酵母细胞壁多糖(C)和茉莉酸甲酯(D)叶面肥复配后喷施于箭叶淫羊藿叶面,应用HPLC测定箭叶淫羊藿叶片中有效成分含量;运用Minitab 19和SPSS 25.0对实验结果进行分析。结果与对照相比,不同处理组对箭叶淫羊藿中有效成分均产生了不同程度提升作用,处理组1总黄酮、淫羊藿苷和总黄酮醇苷含量最高,分别相较于CK提升了8.81%、22.65%、8.81%;处理组8朝藿定A、朝藿定B含量分别相较于CK提升了35.29%、42.11%;处理组6朝藿定C含量相较于CK提升了6.7%。结论综合正交试验、田口分析、主成分分析结果,0.4 ml/L地衣芽孢杆菌液态肥+0.5 g/L黄腐酸钾+0.5 g/L酵母细胞壁多糖+0.1 mmol/L茉莉酸甲酯为箭叶淫羊藿叶面肥最佳配比组合,可为箭叶淫羊藿叶面肥应用策略提供参考。Objective To explore the effects of different combinations and concentrations of foliar fertilizer on the flavonoids con-tent of Epimedium sagittatum.In order to screen the best ratio of foliar fertilizer of E.sagittatum,and provide reference for the standardized planting of E.sagittatum.Methods Bacillus licheniformis(A),fulvic acid potassium(B),yeast cell wall polysac-charide(C)and methyl jasmonate(D)were selected as foliar fertilizers and sprayed on the leaf surface of E.sagittatum.Deter-mination of active components in the leaves of E.sagittatum by HPLC.Minitab 19 and SPSS 25.0 were used to analyze the experi-mental results.Results Compared with the control,the effective components of E.sagittatum in different treatment groups were improved to different degrees.The content of total flavonoids,structural formula and total flavonol glycosides in treatment group 1 was the highest,increased by 8.81%,22.65%and 8.81%respectively compared with CK.The contents of epimedin A and epi-medin B in treatment group 8 increased by 35.29%and 42.11%respectively.The content of epimedin C in treatment group 6 in-creased by 6.7%.Conclusion According to the results of orthogonal test,Taguchi analysis and principal component analysis,0.4 ml/LBacillus licheniformis+0.5 g/L fulvic acid potassium+0.5 g/L yeast cell wall polysaccharide+0.1 mmol/L methyl jasmonate is the best combination of E.sagittatum leaf fertilizer,which can provide reference for the application strategy of E.sagittatum leaf fertilizer.
