摘  要:建立了三重串联电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS/MS)直接测定高纯氧化钕中痕量砷的含量。采用串接氧气反应模式彻底消除^(150)Nd++对^(75)As+的双电荷干扰。氧化钕在氧气模式下发生反应生成^(166)(NdO)+和^(166)(NdO)++干扰离子,但不影响^(75)As+测定。钕基体浓度为500 mg/L,内标元素为Ge,砷的加标回收率在96.2%~102.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.2%~8.6%,检出限为0.037μg/g。本方法对实际样品的测试结果与辉光放电质谱法结果吻合。A method for direct determination of trace arsenic in high purity neodymium oxide by ICP-MS/MS was established.The interference of^(150)Nd^(++)on the determination of^(75)As was eliminated by oxygen reaction mode.Neodymium oxide was reacted in oxygen mode to generate^(166)(NdO)^(+)and^(166)(NdO)^(++)interfering ions,which did not affect the detection of^(75)Ast.When the matrix concentration was 500 mg/L and the internal standard element was Ge,the recoveries of arsenic were between 96.2%and 102.2%,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were between 5.2%and 8.6%,and the detection limit was 0.037μg/g.The determination results of the actual samples were consistent with that of the glow discharge mass spectrometry.
