摘 要:随着装配式建筑的发展,由轻钢龙骨外覆各类蒙皮板组成的新型复合墙体已得到了广泛应用。然而,在平面外荷载作用下,蒙皮板与轻钢龙骨之间的界面将会产生显著的滑移效应从而降低墙体的平面外刚度而导致变形的增加。基于简化的组合梁界面剪切滑移理论,推导建立了轻钢龙骨-防火板复合墙体平面外均布荷载下弹性剪切滑移微分方程和蒙皮效应组合系数表达式。通过蒙皮效应组合系数对复合墙体截面刚度进行修正,进而得到墙体刚度、防火板和胶层应力的计算公式。最后结合静力堆载试验,对6块墙体的实测结果与理论以及折减刚度法结果进行对比,相比于折减刚度法,理论计算结果与试验结果更为接近,进而验证了所提公式的准确性。With the development of prefabricated buildings,light steel keels covered with various skin panels to form new composite walls have been widely used.However,under out-of-plane loading,the interface between the skin plate and the light steel keel will produce a significant bond-slip effect,which will reduce the out-of-plane stiffness of the wall and lead to an increase in deformation.Based on the simplified shear-slip theory of composite beam interface,the elastic shear-sliding differential equation of the fireproof plate-light gauge steel stud composite wall panels under any out-of-plane load and the formula of skin combination effect coefficient under uniform load are derived and established.The sectional combination stiffness of the composite wall is corrected by using the skin combination effect coefficient.Then the formulas for calculating the stiffness of the wall,the stress of fireproof plate and adhesive layer are proposed.Finally,combined with the static stacking test,the test results of the six walls are compared with the results by proposed method in this paper and the reduced stiffness method,compared with the reduced stiffness method,the theoretical calculation result of this paper is closer to the test result,which in turn verifies the accuracy of the proposed formula.
