摘 要:在基于性能的抗震设计中,以弹塑性分析方法对构件进行抗震性能评价至关重要,而构件性能评价指标的选择与所采用的分析方法密切相关。以受弯与压弯钢构件为研究对象,对比了弹塑性分析中基于弯矩-转角、弯矩-曲率、应力-应变三种力学模型的模拟方法,并分析了与之对应的转角、曲率、应变三类评价指标的应用特点。在介绍相关试验和研究成果的基础上,对比分析了循环加载和倒塌一致性加载模式下构件变形能力的差异,同时综合考虑截面宽厚比等级和轴压比等因素,提出了基于应变指标的钢构件性能评价准则。通过平面钢框架算例,介绍了所提出的钢构件抗震性能评价方法的应用方法和特点,并与FEMA-356基于转角指标的评价方法进行了对比,两者结果表现较为一致。提出的基于应变的钢构件性能评价方法,可方便地应用于基于纤维单元的数值模型,具有较好的适用性和理论基础,对完善我国钢结构性能评价体系、进一步推广性能化设计在钢结构中的应用具有重要意义。In performance-based seismic design,it is important to evaluate the seismic performance of members by elastoplastic analysis,and the selection of performance evaluation indicators is closely related to the analysis method adopted.Bending and compression-bending steel members are taken as an example,the simulation methods based on three mechanical models of moment-rotation,moment-curvature and stress-strain are compared,and the application characteristics of the corresponding evaluation indicators of rotation,curvature and strain are analyzed.Based on the introduction of relevant experiments and research results,the difference of deformation capacity of members under cyclic loading and collapse-consistent loading modes is analyzed and compared.At the same time,considering the factors such as section width-thickness ratio level and axial compression ratio,an evaluation criterion for steel member performance based on strain is proposed.Through the calculation example of a planar steel frame,the application method and characteristics of the seismic performance evaluation method in this paper are introduced,and the comparison with the evaluation results based on the rotation of FEMA-356 shows that they are relatively consistent.The performance evaluation method of steel members based on strain proposed in this paper can be easily applied to the numerical model based on fiber elements, and it has a good applicability and theoretical basis. The method in thispaper can be used for improving the performance evaluation system of steel structures and further promoting theapplication of performance-based design in steel structures.
