摘 要:为研究哑铃形钢管混凝土压弯力学性能,基于4根圆形和4根哑铃形钢管混凝土构件的压弯试验,开展了有限元研究和参数分析。应用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了哑铃形和圆形钢管混凝土有限元模型,分析了两种截面钢管混凝土压弯构件破坏形态,验证了模型的正确性。通过对模型进行参数分析,探究混凝土强度、钢管强度、轴压比和长细比等参数对两种截面形式钢管混凝土压弯承载力和压弯相关曲线的影响规律。结果表明:两种截面形式构件的压弯承载力均随着轴压比的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势,圆形截面和哑铃形截面构件的临界轴压比分别为0.2和0.4;混凝土与钢材强度等级的提升会使构件压弯承载力增大;而长细比的增大,则会降低构件的压弯承载力。在参数分析的基础上,推导出适合哑铃形钢管混凝土的压弯承载力建议公式,并验证了公式的准确性。In order to study the mechanical properties of dumbbell shaped concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)under combined compression and bending,finite element analysis and parameter analysis are carried out based on the tests of four circular and four dumbbell shaped CFST members.The finite element models of circular and dumbbell shaped CFST are built by using finite element software ABAQUS.The failure modes of two sections are analyzed,and the correctness of the models is verified.Concrete strength,steel tube strength,axial compression ratio and slenderness ratio are taken as the main parameters,and the influence of compression bending capacity and correlation curves of two types of CFST members are simulated and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of axial compression ratio,the compression bending capacity of the members with both cross-sections tends to increase firstly and then decrease.Among them,the critical axial compression ratio of the members with circular cross-sections and dumbbell cross-sections is 0.2 and 0.4,respectively.As the strength of concrete and steel increases,the compression bending capacity increases.However,the compression bending capacity decreases with the increase of the slenderness ratio.A simplified formula for calculating the compression bending capacity of dumbbell shaped CFST members is presented based on the parameter analysis and the reliability of the formula is verified.
