摘　　要：目的建立UPLC法同时测定养阴清肺丸中哈巴苷、芍药苷、甘草苷、毛蕊花糖苷、哈巴俄苷、丹皮酚、甘草酸的含量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent SB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.7μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长210、230、252、278、332 nm。结果7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9995),水蜜丸中其平均加样回收率95.67%~103.51%,RSD 1.17%~2.92%;大蜜丸中其平均加样回收率95.41%~104.24%,RSD 0.76%~2.62%。结论该方法简便、准确、有效,可用于养阴清肺丸的质量控制、整体评价。AIM To establish a UPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of harpagide,paeoniflorin,liquiritin,verbascoside,harpagoside,paeonol and glycyrrhizinic acid in Yangyin Qingfei Pills.METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Agilent SB-C_(18)column(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.7μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosephoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 210,230,252,278,332 nm.RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9995).In water-honeyed pills,the average recoveries were 95.67%-103.51%with the RSDs of 1.17%-2.92%.In big honeyed pills,the average recoveries were 95.41%-104.24%with the RSDs of 0.76%-2.62%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and effective method can be used for the quality control and overall evaluation of Yangyin Qingfei Pills.
