摘　　要：目的本研究旨在考察公交车驾驶员驾驶态度与驾驶行为对公交车驾驶员驾驶行为的影响,并解释风险感知能力是否在二者关系中起调节作用。方法使用危险行为态度量表、亲社会和攻击性驾驶行为量表和风险感知量表对310名公交车驾驶员进行测量。结果与男性公交车驾驶员相比,女性公交车驾驶员更容易出现亲社会驾驶行为。公交车驾驶员对自身违反交通速度条例的态度、对他人粗心驾驶的态度和对酒后驾驶的态度赞成,对其亲社会驾驶行为具有显著的负向影响。风险感知在危险行为态度对公交车驾驶员亲社会驾驶行为和攻击性驾驶行为的影响过程中均发挥了调节作用。结论风险感知在驾驶态度对公交车驾驶员驾驶行为的影响中起调节作用。Objective This study aims to investigate the influence of bus driver's driving attitude and behavior on bus driver's driving behavior,and explain whether risk perception plays a regulatory role in the relationship between them.Methods 310 bus drivers were measured with the Risk Behavior Attitude Scale,Prosocial and Aggressive Driving Behavior Scale and Risk Perception Scale.Results Compared with male bus drivers,female bus drivers were more likely to have prosocial driving behaviors.Bus drivers'attitudes towards their own violation of traffic speed regulations,their attitudes towards others'careless driving and their attitudes towards drunk driving have a significant negative impact on their prosocial driving behavior.Risk perception plays a moderating role in the influence of risk behavior attitude on prosocial driving behavior and aggressive driving behavior of bus drivers.Conclusion Risk perception plays a moderating role in the influence of driving attitude on bus drivers'driving behavior.
