摘  要:通过电除尘系统节能优化实验,测试电除尘各电场能耗对电除尘出口粉尘浓度的影响,同时掌握各电场在不同出力的情况下灰斗输灰最佳周期,以此实现电除尘节能自动控制及输灰系统按需自动输灰,降低除灰系统整体能耗。Through the energy-saving optimization experiment of the electrostatic precipitator system,test the influence of the energy consumption of each electric field of the electrostatic precipitator on the dust concentration at the outlet of the electrostatic precipitator,At the same time,master the best ash conveying cycle of ash hopper under different output of each electric field,In this way,the automatic control of energy saving of electrostatic precipitator and the automatic ash conveying system as required can be realized,and the overall energy consumption of the ash handling system can be reduced.
