摘  要:燃气锅炉是天津市市政采暖的主要输出设备,同时也是温室气体CO_(2)及大气污染物的重要排放源,加强对燃气锅炉节能减排技术的研究和应用对于CO_(2)的减排和大气品质的改善具有重要意义。本文以某供热站一台燃气锅炉实施纳米远红外节能涂料喷涂工程为例,对纳米涂料的节能原理、性能简要阐述,通过监测数据的分析,对比节能效果,阐明纳米远红外节能涂料在锅炉节能运行中的推广意义以及实际应用中注意事项,为纳米节能涂料的锅炉节能改造推广应用积累经验。Gas boiler is the main output equipment of municipal heating in Tianjin,and also an important emission source of greenhouse gas CO_(2) and atmospheric pollutants.Strengthening the research and application of energy saving and emission reduction technology of gas boiler is of great significance for CO_(2) emission reduction and the improvement of atmospheric quality.This article takes a gas boiler of a heating station to implement nano far-infrared energy-saving coating spraying project as an example,and briefly describes the energy-saving principle and performance of nano coating.Through the analysis of monitoring data,the energy-saving effect is compared,and the promotion significance of nano far-infrared energy-saving coating in the energy-saving operation of boiler and the matters needing attention in practical application are expounded.To accumulate experience for the promotion and application of boiler energy-saving transformation of nano-energy saving coatings.
