摘 要:运用文献调研、碎片化信息还原等方法,对美军智能情报体系发展情况进行整体呈现与重点介绍,以期为相关领域发展提供参考。梳理美军近年来在人工智能与情报体系领域发布的战略规划、设立的组织机构,分析美军在数据、算力、算法等人工智能基础能力方面的新进展,研究人工智能在军事情报获取、存储、处理和服务方面的应用情况,介绍“机器辅助分析快速存储系统”“行家”智能情报处理系统等重要项目。针对智能情报体系发展提出3点启示建议:建设全流程的智能情报数据生态系统;构建完整的智能情报处理技术群;大力推进基础技术创新和自主可控。Through a literature review and restoration of fragmented information,a deep analysis of the intelligent intelligence,surveillance,and reconnaissance(ISR)of the US Armed Forces is conducted to provide relevant insights for China.A comprehensive introduction to the US strategies and organizations related to AI and the ISR system is provided and thereafter the recent developments of the three important factors supporting AI in the US:big data,computing capacity,and algorithms,are analyzed.An intensive study of AI applications in the area of military intelligence acquisition,storage,analysis,and service is undertaken,with a detailed introduction to the Mars and MAVEN programs.Some suggestions regarding the development of the intelligence ISR system in China are proposed,including establishing a full-process intelligent intelligence data ecosystem,building a complete technical group for intelligent intelligence processing,and vigorously promoting basic technological innovation and self-controllability.
