摘 要:目的分析CD64、白介素6、降钙素原对新生儿败血症的预测价值。方法回顾性分析2019年8月-2022年8月吉安市中心人民医院收治的新生儿败血症患儿65例作为败血症组(n=65),再选择同期单纯的新生儿黄疽等非感染性疾病患儿50例作为对照组(n=50)。比较败血症组、对照组CD64、白介素6、降钙素原水平,采用Pearson检验分析CD64、白介素6、降钙素原水平与新生儿败血症的相关性,采用多因素Logistic回归分析影响新生儿败血症的危险因素,采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析CD64、白介素6、降钙素原水平预测新生儿败血症的价值。结果败血症组CD64、白介素6、降钙素原水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性检验显示,CD64、白介素6、降钙素原水平与新生儿败血症呈正相关(r=0.806、0.814、0.821,P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,CD64、白介素6、降钙素原水平是新生儿败血症的独立危险因素(0R=5.501、5.249、5.286,P<0.05)。R0C曲线分析结果显示,CD64、白介素6、降钙素原水平变化在预测新生儿败血症中具有极高的价值。结论随着疾病的发生,CD64、白介素6、降钙素原水平升高,该三项指标能够较好地反映新生儿败血症的发生,在预测新生儿败血症发生中具有极高的价值。Objective To analyze the predictive value of CD64,interleukin 6 and procalcitonin in neonatal sepsis.Methods Sixty-five cases of neonatal sepsis admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were retrospectively analyzed as the sepsis group(n=65),and 50 cases of neonatal non-infectious diseases such as yellox were selected as the control group(n=50).The levels of CD64,interleukin-6,and procalcitonin in the sepsis group and the control group were compared.Pearson test was used to analyze the correlation between CD64,interleukin 6,and procalcitonin levels and neonatal sepsis.Multiple Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors affecting neonatal sepsis.The value of CD64,interleukin 6 and procalcitonin levels in predicting neonatal sepsis was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC).Results CD64,interleukin 6 and calcitonin in septicemia group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation test showed that CD64,interleukin 6 and procalcitonin levels were positively correlated with neonatal sepsis(r=0.806,0.814,0.821,P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that CD64,interleukin 6,and procalcitonin levels were independent risk factors for neonatal sepsis(OR=5.501,5.249,5.286,P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that CD64,interleukin 6 and procalcitonin levels were highly valuable in predicting neonatal sepsis.Conclusion The levels of CD64,interleukin 6 and procalcitonin increase with the occurrence of the disease.These three indexes can better reflect the occurrence of neonatal sepsis and have high value in predicting the occurrence of neonatal sepsis.
