摘　　要：目的分析胃癌患者术后应用基于需求导向护理对心理弹性、希望水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2022年5月收治的112例胃癌患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(56例)行常规护理,研究组(56例)行基于需求导向护理,对比两组依从性、心理弹性、希望水平及应对方式。结果两组依从率比较,研究组91.07%高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);护理后两组自强、坚韧及乐观评分比较,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组与他人保持密切关系、采取积极行动、对现实及未来的积极态度评分比较,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后积极应对评分较对照组更高,消极应对评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者术后应用基于需求导向护理,有利于提高依从性,促进希望水平提高,并改善患者心理弹性。Objective To analyze the effects of applying need-based oriented care on psychological resilience and hope level of gastric cancer patients after surgery.Methods One hundred and twelve gastric cancer patients admitted from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method,with the control group(56 cases)receiving conventional care and the study group(56 cases)receiving need-based care,and comparing the compliance,psychological resilience,hope level and coping'style of the two groups.Results The compliance rate was 91.07%higher in the study group than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of self-improvement,resilience and optimism after care were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of maintaining close relationships with others,taking positive actions,and positive attitudes toward reality and the future after care were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05);the positive coping score was higher in the study group than in the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of need-based care for gastric cancer patients after surgery is conducive to improving compliance,promoting higher levels of hope,and improving patients'psychological resilience.
