摘　　要：双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)在长期进化过程中与宿主之间形成了共生关系,在维护肠道微生态和人体健康上发挥着重要作用,已被广泛应用于食品及保健食品领域。虽然皮肤共生微生物在维护皮肤稳态健康上发挥着积极作用,但现行法规对微生物在化妆品中的使用进行了严格的限制。因此,市场上的化妆品产品仅限于使用益生元(prebiotics)或后生元(postbiotics),其中包括被列入国家药监局发布《已使用化妆品原料目录(2021年版)》中的二裂酵母发酵产物滤液(Bifida ferment filtrate)、二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞产物(Bifida ferment lysate)、二裂酵母发酵产物提取物(Bifida ferment extract)。“二裂酵母”实际上并不是酵母菌(Saccharomyces),学名为双歧杆菌,也称比菲德氏菌。双岐杆菌经培养、灭活获得的发酵产物富含氨基酸、维生素、多肽及矿物质等有多种活性成分,具有捕获自由基、抑制脂质过氧化等生物活性,在改善皮肤微生态与皮肤功能方面具有较好作用,已作为化妆品原料广泛用于相关产品的开发。本文对双歧杆菌的分类与生物学特性,及其发酵产物在皮肤稳态与健康中的作用进行概述,旨在为其进一步的开发与应用提供有益参考。Bifidobacterium,a common symbioticbacterium,plays a critical role in maintenance of a balanced intestinal microecology and improvement of human health,and has been widely used as nutriments and health care products.Although symbiotic skin microorganisms contribute to skin homeostasis,their application in cosmetics is severely restricted in China.Therefore,prebiotics or postbiotics are adopted for cosmetic products,including “Bifida ferment filtrate”and “Bifida ferment lysate” and “Bifida ferment extract”,which are listed in the List of Used Cosmetic Raw Materials(2021 Edition) released by the National Food and Drug Administration.The fermentations with Bifidobacterium are rich in amino acids,vitamins,peptides and minerals and have good biological activities like scavenging free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.At present,these fermentations have been accepted and used in the development of cosmetic products due to their benefits in improving skin microecology and skin function.Herein,the classification and biological characteristics of Bifidobacterium as well as the effects of its fermentations on skin homeostasis and skin health were reviewed,in order to provide useful reference for their development and application in future.
