摘  要:目的 针对人参、西洋参高锰酸盐染色问题建立一种火焰原子吸收测定锰含量的方法。方法 使用硝酸将样品消解,火焰原子吸收法对其进行测定,并进行方法学验证。同时将样品溶液使用标准方法即电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定。将两种方法的测定结果进行单因素方差分析。结果 火焰原子吸收法专属性好,线性r为0.999 6,人参加标试验平均回收率为103.0%,RSD为2.1%(n=9);西洋参加标试验平均回收率为101.5%,RSD为2.2%(n=9),回收率良好,方法准确。单因素方差分析结果显示,20批人参两种方法测定结果P>0.05,41批西洋参两种方法测定结果P>0.05,两种测定方法测得的结果差异无统计学意义。结论 本方法可以作为一种有效的测定方法,实现对人参、西洋参锰含量的测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a determination method of illegal dyes of hypermanganate in Panax Ginseng and Panax Quinquelium with flame atomic absorption spectrometry.METHODS Samples were digested using nitric acid and determined by flame atomic absorption and methodologically verified.Then the solutions were determined with inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The results determined by two metods were analysed with One way ANOVA.RESULTS The flame atomic absorption method had good specificity and showed high linearity(r^(2)=0.999 6).The average recovery rate of manganse content in Panax Ginseng was 103.0%,RSD was 2.1%(n=9).The average recovery rate of manganse content in Panax Quinquelium was 101.5%,the RSD was 2.2%(n=9).The average recovery rate was good,which showed the metod was accurate.One way ANOVA showed that P-value of Panax Ginseng of 20 batches were higher than 0.05,P-value of Panax Quinquelium of 41 batches were higher than 0.05,there was no significant difference between the two measurements.CONCLUSION This method can be used as an effective measurement method to determine the manganese content of Panax Ginseng and Panax Quinquelium.
