摘　　要：目的:系统评价和整合乳腺癌病人内分泌治疗依从性的影响因素,为全面制定贴合病人需求的干预方案提供依据,提升病人治疗依从性。方法:计算机检索PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EMbase、中国知网(CMKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Database)、维普数据库(VIP)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)关于乳腺癌病人内分泌治疗依从性的相关质性研究,检索时限为建库至2022年11月。由2名研究者独立对文献进行筛选、资料提取、文献质量及方法学评价。结果:共纳入符合标准文献17篇,形成2个整合结果,包括6个研究主题,共36个研究结果。整合结果1:影响乳腺癌病人内分泌治疗依从性的个人因素,分别为认知与信息相关因素、个人态度及行为因素及个人背景因素;整合结果2:影响乳腺癌病人内分泌治疗依从性的外在因素,包括药物副作用、AET治疗的缺点、人际关系及社会支持因素。结论:深入了解乳腺癌病人内分泌治疗的驱动及阻碍因素,制定有效措施,提高病人内分泌治疗依从性。Objective:To systematically evaluate and integrate the factors influencing endocrine therapy adherence in breast cancer patients,to provide a basis for the comprehensive development of intervention programs tailored to patients′needs and to improve their treatment adherence.Methods:The relevant qualitative studies on endocrine therapy adherence in breast cancer patients were retrieval from PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,EMbase,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,and CBM.The retrieval time was from the inception to November 2022.Two investigators independently screened the literature,extracted information,and the quality of the literature and methodological evaluation were performed by two researchers independently.Results:A total of 17 papers meeting the criteria were included,resulting in 2 integrated outcomes,including 6 study topics and a total of 36 study outcomes.Integrated outcome 1:personal factors affecting endocrine therapy adherence in breast cancer patients,including cognitive and information-related factors,personal attitudes and behavioral factors,and personal background factors;integrated outcome 2:extrinsic factors affecting endocrine therapy adherence in breast cancer patients,including drug side effects,disadvantages of AET therapy,interpersonal and social support factors.Conclusion:In-depth understanding of the driving and hindering factors of endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients is needed to develop effective measures to improve patient compliance with endocrine therapy.
