摘 要:铅锌既是重要的工业原料,铅锌用途广泛,可用于合金、铅蓄电池、机械制造、药物合成等,同时也是我国优势矿产资源。近年来,由于易选硫化铅锌矿资源日趋短缺,对氧化铅锌矿资源的回收及利用受到重视,但由于这两种氧化矿物常与其他脉石矿物伴生,组成成分复杂且嵌布粒度细易泥化等特点浮选过程比较复杂、难于控制。通过分析氧化铅锌矿浮选当前形势,论述近年来国内外已研究的氧化铅锌矿浮选药剂,捕收剂包括螯合捕收剂、单一捕收剂、组合捕收剂,调整剂包括硫化剂、活化剂、抑制剂、分散剂等,从捕收剂和调整剂两个方面的研究进展分析药剂作用机理及优缺点;同时归纳了硫化浮选法、絮凝浮选法、载体浮选法、重选(磁选)—浮选联合工艺、选冶联合工艺、脂肪酸直接浮选法、螯合剂-中性油浮选法、新型浮选工艺技术包括矿物电极控制浮选、激光辐射、超声波预处理、电化学选择性浮选法等在氧化铅锌矿浮选中的应用现状;并提出开发更高效、低毒、价廉的新型浮选药剂和新型浮选工艺与技术是未来氧化铅锌矿浮选的重点研发目标。Lead and zinc are important industrial raw materials and widely used in alloys,lead batteries,machinery manufacturing and medicine synthesis,and dominant mineral resources in China.In recent years,the consumption of lead-zinc metal is increasing.With the exhaustion of natural lead-zinc sulfide,lead-zinc oxide has become the focus of recovery and utilization.These two oxidized minerals are often associated with other gangue minerals,the flotation process is complicated and difficult to control because of their complex composition,fine distribution size and easy slime.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the flotation,the flotation reagents for lead-zinc minerals are discussed which have been studied at home and abroad in recent years.Collectors include chelating collectors,other types of single collectors,combination collectors.The adjusting agent comprises sulfurizing,activating,depressant,dispersant.At the same time,the application progress of lead-zinc oxide with vulcanization flotation,flocculation flotation,carrier flotation,gravity-flotation technology,dressing-metallurgy combination technology,fatty acid flotation,chelation agent flotation,new flotation technology including OK-PCF,laser radiation,ultrasonic technology,electrochemical selective flotation are summarized.It is believed that the main research goal of flotation of lead-zinc oxide metal is to develop new flotation reagents with high efficiency,low toxicity and low price and new flotation processes and technologies.
