摘 要:采用行星式球磨机对铁尾矿进行粉磨,并对铁尾矿进行检测分析,考察了球料比、粉磨时间、球配比(5mm:10mm)、矿浆浓度、转速对产品粒度以及微观形貌的影响,并对磨矿产品进行磨矿动力学求解以减轻过磨现象。结果表明,在球料比为6:1、粉磨时间为3.0h、球配比为6:0、矿浆浓度为65%、转速为300r/min的条件下,铁尾矿中小于10μm颗粒的累积含量可达99.83%。粉磨后的尾矿颗粒大多呈扁平状,颗粒比表面积大大增加,其中石英较为难磨。磨矿动力学研究结果表明,球磨机过磨较为严重,减少磨矿时间或降低磨矿浓度可以降低磨机的能耗。铁尾矿超细粉体具有颗粒粒度小、比表面积大、反应活性高等特点,大大提升了铁尾矿的利用率。The iron tailings were ground by aplanetary ball mill,and the iron tailings were detected and analyzed.The effects of ball-material ratio,milling time,ball ratio(5 mm:10 mm),pulp concentration and rotation speed on the particle size and microstructure of the product were investigated,and the grinding dynamics of the ground product was solved to reduce the overgrinding phenomenon.The results showed that under the conditions of ball to material ratio of 6:1,grinding time of 3.0h,ball ratio of 6:0,pulp density of 65%and rotation speed of 300r/min,the cumulative content of particles smaller than 10μm in iron tailings can reach 99.83%.After grinding,most of the tailings particles were flat,and the specific surface area of the particles was greatly increased,in which quartz was more difficult to be ground.The results of grinding dynamics showed that the overgrinding of ball mill was serious,and reducing the grinding time or reducing the grinding concentration can reduce the energy consumption of ball mill.The ultrafine powder of iron tailings had the characteristics of small particle size,large specific surface area and high reaction activity,which greatly improved the utilization rate of iron tailings.
