摘  要:针对某铜矿浮选金属回收率较低的问题,进行了小型浮选试验研究和现场浮选工艺流程考查。结果表明,现场使用药剂的性能及药剂制度良好,回水对金属浮选回收率有一定影响,但还不是造成实际生产中金属回收率偏低的主要原因;“快速浮选”作业设置不合理,精选区浮选机几何容积不匹配、金属富集比较低,浮选尾矿中铜矿物和辉钼矿以单体状态流失的高达24.5%和32.9%。据此有针对性地对浮选工艺流程进行了技术改造,取消了“快速浮选”作业,重新匹配了精选区浮选机的几何容积,并增加了一次精选作业,强化了精选区铜矿物和钼矿物的有效富集,使精矿中铜、钼品位更加稳定。新浮选流程下,铜和钼的生产回收率分别提高了1.01和6.22个百分点,可为公司每年新增产值3 200万元。In order to solve the problem of low metal recovery in flotation of a copper ore,a small scale flotation test and an on-site investigation of the flotation process were carried out.The results showed that the performance and system of the reagents used in the field were good,and the backwater had a certain influence on the recovery of metal flotation,but it was not the main reason for the low recovery of metal flotation in actual production.The operation of fast flotation was unreasonable,the geometric volume of flotation machine in the separation zone was not matched,the metal enrichment ratio was low,and the loss of copper minerals and molybdenite in flotation tailings was as high as 24.5%and 32.9%in the state of monomer.Based on this,the technological transformation of the flotation process was carried out,the fast flotation operation was cancelled,the geometric volume of the flotation machine in the beneficiation zone was re-matched,and a cleaning operation was added,which strengthened the effective enrichment of copper minerals and molybdenum minerals in the beneficiation zone,and made the grade of copper and molybdenum in the concentrate more stable.Under the new flotation process,the production recoveries of copper and molybdenum increased by 1.01and 6.22percentage points,respectively,which can increase the annual output value of the company by 32million yuan.
