摘  要:锡铁山铅锌矿采用“SAB碎磨+铅优先浮选—锌硫混合浮选—锌硫分离”浮选流程,铅回收率达到92.7%、锌回收率达到95.6%,铅锌指标处于行业内领先水平,但伴生金、银回收率仅为35%、78%,金回收率还存在较大的提升空间,因此对矿石中金银等有价元素的赋存状态及嵌布特征进行了分析,在研究结果的基础上进行了金银矿物的强化回收,研发了伴生金银矿物的新型高效辅助捕收剂A11,添加在铅粗选和扫选作业,使金回收率提高了22.16个百分点,银回收率提高了2.24个百分点。该药剂应用于工业试验,在铅精矿品位及铅回收率相当的情况下,伴生金回收率提高了6.44个百分点;在原矿金银品位比较低的情况下,实际生产实践中金回收率提高5.78个百分点,银回收率提高8.61个百分点。结果表明,采用新药剂对提高金银回收率的效果非常显著,为铅锌矿资源伴生金银的高效、清洁、综合利用和高效回收提供了技术支撑,利于增加企业的经济效益。The flotation flowsheet of SAB grinding and lead selective flotation-zinc-sulfur bulk flotation-zinc-sulfur separation was adopted in Xitieshan Lead-Zinc Mine,the recoveries of lead and zinc reached 92.7%and 95.6%,respectively,and lead and zinc indexes were in the leading level in the industry,but the recoveries of associated gold and silver were only 35%and 78%,respectively.Therefore,the occurrence state and dissemination characteristics of valuable elements such as gold and silver in the ore were analyzed.On the basis of the research results,the enhanced recovery of gold and silver minerals was carried out,and a new efficient auxiliary collector A11for associated gold and silver minerals was developed,which was added to the lead roughing and scavenging operations,and the gold recovery was increased by 22.16percentage points,and the silver recovery increased by 2.24percentage points.The recovery of associated gold was increased by 6.44percentage points when the grade and recovery of lead concentrate were equivalent.Under the condition that the grade of gold and silver in the raw ore was relatively low,the recovery of gold in the actual production practice was increased by 5.78percentage points,and the recovery of silver was increased by 8.61percentage points.The results showed that the effect of the new reagent on improving the recovery of gold and silver was very significant,which provides technical support for the efficient,clean,comprehensive utilization and efficient recovery of associated gold and silver in lead-zinc ore resources,and was conducive to increasing the economic benefits of enterprises.
