摘 要:研究了采用HIF-130浮选机处理选铜尾矿的技术可行性,并详细描述了HIF-130浮选机在尾矿再选方面的设计特点。这些特点包括槽体内循环强化配置、泡沫稳定快速回收装置、高效叶轮定子搅拌装置、液位检测与控制系统、泡沫图像优化控制系统以及充气量在线测量及沉槽监测装置等:即在浮选机构建上针对目的矿物难矿化、易脱落的特点,采用大型中置叶轮型浮选机结构,通过扩大容积给予难矿化颗粒以足够的浮选时间,使矿粒与气泡、药剂等发生充分作用,形成有效的矿化气泡;借着通过中置叶轮与假底、导流筒相配合,在浮选槽内形成低紊流的大循环流程,并通过引入循环区使矿化气泡的迁移距离变短,从而保证易脱落矿粒能够有效上浮至泡沫区;通过双轴向泡沫槽+径向泡沫槽的配置形式,既可以稳定尾矿浮选的泡沫层又能够快速回收泡沫,确保最终的回收效果。此外,还分析了HIF-130浮选机的浮选动力学性能,包括充气特性、悬浮特性和停留时间分布特性。最后,研究指出,经过优化设计的HIF-130浮选机能够解决粗贫连生体矿粒上浮问题,从而提高铜尾矿选铜回收率。这项研究对于铜尾矿资源的综合利用具有重要的理论和实际意义。The technical feasibility of using HIF-130flotation machine to treat copper tailings was studied,and the design characteristics of HIF-130flotation machine in tailings reprocessing were described in detail.These features include the configuration of internal circulation in the tank body,the stable and rapid recovery device of foam,the high efficiency impeller stator stirring device,the liquid level detection and control system,the foam image optimization control system,and the online measurement of aeration and sedimentation tank monitoring device.That is,aiming at that characteristics that target mineral are difficult to be mineralized and easy to fall off,a large centrally-arranged impeller type flotation machine structure is adopted in the construction of the flotation machine,and enough flotation time is provided for difficultly mineralized particles by expanding the volume,so that the mineral particles fully act with air bubbles,reagents and the like to form effective mineralized air bubbles.In addition,the flotation dynamic performance of HIF-130flotation machine was analyzed,including aeration characteristics,suspension characteristics and residence time distribution characteristics.Finally,the study points out that the optimized design of HIF-130flotation machine can solve the problem of coarse lean intergrowth particles floating,thereby improving the recovery of copper tailings.This study has important theoretical and practical significance for the comprehensive utilization of copper tailings resources.
