摘 要:摇床是一种古老的重力选矿设备,是钨、锡、钽铌等矿选矿的关键设备,由于摇床具有富集比高、一次选别就可以得到最终精矿、矿物分带明显易观察等优点,所以在现代选矿工业生产中仍有大量的应用。对国内外摇床的发展历史、近年来选矿摇床的分选理论及技术研究进展、选矿摇床在选矿工业生产中的应用情况等进行了阐述,最后对选矿摇床技术及应用等当前存在的问题进行了分析,并对选矿摇床未来的发展趋势进行了展望。Shaking table is an ancient gravity beneficiation equipment,which is the key equipment for the beneficiation of tungsten,tin,tantalum and niobium.Due to its high enrichment ratio,the final concentrate can be obtained by one-time beneficiation,and the mineral zoning is obviously easy to observe,Shaking table is still widely used in modern beneficiation industrial production.The development history of domestic and foreign shaking table,the separation theory and technical research progress of mineral processing shaking table in recent years,and the application of mineral processing shaking table in mineral processing industry are described.Finally,the existing problems of mineral processing shaking table technology and application are analyzed,and the future development trend of mineral processing shaking table is prospected.
