摘 要:以Gemini12-3-12为捕收剂,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)作为抑制剂,研究了反浮选过程中一水硬铝石与高岭石的分离机理。浮选试验结果表明,未添加CPAM抑制剂时,捕收剂对一水硬铝石和高岭石均表现出较好的捕收性能;加入CPAM抑制剂后,一水硬铝石的回收率大幅降低,而高岭石的回收率降低较小,在pH=6、Gemini 12-3-12浓度为2×10^(-4)mol/L、CPAM浓度为90 mg/L的条件下,单矿物浮选试验中一水硬铝石与高岭石浮选回收率差异达到最大,通过人工混合矿试验,精矿回收率能够达到76.2%,铝硅比为10.18。通过Zeta电位测定、吸附量测定、红外光谱和分子动力学模拟分析了药剂与矿物间的作用机理。吸附结果表明,CPAM在一水硬铝石表面的吸附量远高于高岭石,从而有效地降低了捕收剂在一水硬铝石表面的吸附,分子模拟结果进一步表明,CPAM的加入扩大了两种矿物表面的差异,有利于浮选分离。Using Gemini 12-3-12as collector and cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)as depressant to study the separation mechanism of diaspore and kaolinite during reverse flotation process.The flotation test results showed that the collector has better collecting performance for diaspore and kaolinite when CPAM was not added.After adding CPAM,the recovery of diaspore was significantly decreased,while that of kaolinite was slightly decreased.Under the conditions of pH=6,Gemini 12-3-12concentration of 2×10^(-4)mol/L and CPAM concentration of 90mg/L,the flotation recovery was greatly different between the two single mineral flotation tests.A concentrate with recovery of 76.2%was obtained by artificial ore mixing test and the Al/Si reached to 10.18.The mechanism of interaction between chemicals and minerals was analyzed by Zeta potential measurement,adsorption capacity measurement,infrared spectroscopy and molecular dynamics simulation.The adsorption results showed that the adsorption capacity of CPAM on the surface of diaspore was much higher than that of kaolinite,which effectively reduced the adsorption capacity of the collector on the surface of diaspore.The molecular simulation results further showed that the addition of CPAM widened the surface difference of the two minerals,which was conducive to flotation separation.
