摘 要:脂肪酸及其皂类作为重要的阴离子捕收剂,是浮选磷矿、铁矿、铝土矿等氧化矿中捕收剂的重要组成成分。价格低廉的餐饮废油中又含有大量的脂肪酸制备所需的重要原料,通过以餐饮废油为原料配制出的一种新型脂肪酸类磷矿反浮选捕收剂,并对其进行了实验室反浮选评价试验。经一系列对餐饮废油的组合复配等试验探索,该新型脂肪酸捕收剂成品作用于原矿(P_(2)O_(5)品位为24.83%)进行单一反浮选后,能得到P_(2)O_(5)品位为31.08%的精矿产品。根据药剂的比较试验进行了工业试验,现场应用结果可以得到稳定的选别指标。以餐饮废油为原料制备浮选捕收剂不仅价格低廉,有利于降低整体的选矿成本,同时也能很好地替代某些石化类及食用油类捕收剂,实现磷矿石的有效回收,更能在一定程度上遏制餐饮废油重返餐桌的趋势,为国民的饮食健康做出贡献。Fatty acids and soaps,as important anionic collectors,are important components of collectors in flotation of phosphate ore,iron ore,bauxite and other oxide ores.The cheap waste cooking oil also contains a large number of fatty acids,which is an important raw material for the preparation of fatty acids.A new type of fatty acid phosphate rock reverse flotation collector was prepared by using waste cooking oil as raw material,and its laboratory reverse flotation evaluation test was carried out.After a series of combination and compound experiments of waste cooking oil,the new fatty acid collector can be used in the single reverse flotation of raw ore(P_(2)O_(5)grade is 24.83%),and the concentrate product with P_(2)O_(5)grade of 31.08%can be obtained.The industrial test was carried out according to the comparative tests of the reagents and the stable separation index can be obtained by the field application results.The flotation collector prepared by taking waste cook oil as a raw material is not only low in price and beneficial to reduce that overall mineral processing cost,but also can well replace certain petrochemical and edible oil collectors to realize the effective recovery of phosphate ore,and can prevent the waste cook oil from returning to the dining table to a certain extent and contributing to the national diet health.
