改良埋没垂直褥式美容缝合技术在急诊颌面部外伤中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良埋没垂直褥式美容缝合技术在颌面部外伤患者早期急性修复中的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年7月-2021年6月笔者科室因颌面部外伤急诊行美容缝合的2339例患者临床资料,所有患者皮下组织采用改良埋没垂直褥式缝合,表皮采用小针细线的间断缝合,术后进行随访及总结分析。结果:本组2339例患者中,有6例患者出现局部感染,再次行清创缝合后伤口愈合良好;有3例患者术后出现瘢痕疙瘩,行注射治疗后瘢痕减轻;有1例患者创缘出现张力性水疱,经换药处理后创面愈合,未留瘢痕;瘢痕视觉模拟量表评分为(2.95±2.17)分,大部分患者对治疗效果表示满意。结论:颌面部外伤急诊条件下采用改良埋没垂直褥式美容缝合技术,可减轻术后瘢痕,实现满意的修复效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified buried vertical mattress cosmetic suture technique in the early emergency repair of maxillofacial trauma patients.Methods The clinical data of 2339 patients who underwent emergency cosmetic suture due to maxillofacial trauma in the author's department from July 2020 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The subcutaneous tissue of all patients was sutured by modified buried vertical mattress suture,and the epidermis was sutured by intermittent suture with small needles and fine threads.The follow-up and summary analysis were performed after operation.Results Among the 2339 patients in this group,6 patients had wound infections,3 patients had ear keloid,one patient had tension blisters appeared on the wound edge,but after the corresponding treatment,the wounds were completely healed.The visual analogue scale score of scar was(2.95±2.17),and most patients were satisfied with the surgical results.Conclusion The application of modified buried vertical mattress under the emergency condition of maxillofacial trauma can reduce the scar and achieve a satisfactory repair result.
