克立硼罗软膏联合NB-UVB治疗轻中度特应性皮炎的疗效及对血清总IgE、EOS变化的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究克立硼罗软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗轻中度特应性皮炎(Atopic dermatitis,AD)的疗效及血清总IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞(Eosinophils,EOS)变化。方法:选取苏州市第九人民医院2021年2月-2022年2月收治的轻中度AD患者79例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(39例)和对照组(40例)。对照组进行NB-UVB治疗,观察组采用克立硼罗软膏联合NB-UVB治疗。治疗结束后评估患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后患者欧洲AD评分(Scoring atopic dermatitis,SCORAD)、肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor necrosis factor alpha-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平及血清总IgE、嗜酸性粒细胞(Eosinophils,EOS)变化情况,统计并比较治疗期间的不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率94.87%高于对照组67.50%(P<0.05);两组轻中度AD患者治疗后SCORAD积分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6水平降低,观察组TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清总IgE、EOS水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组、对照组的不良反应率分别为25.64%、17.50%(P>0.05)。结论:克立硼罗软膏联合NB-UVB能够有效提高治疗轻中度AD患者的临床疗效,可改善患者血清炎症水平及血清总IgE、EOS水平,安全性较高。Objective To explore the curative effect of creborone ointment combined with narrow-band UVB(NB-UVB)in the treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis(AD)and the changes of serum total IgE and eosinophils(EOS).Methods A total of 79 cases of mild to moderate AD patients admitted to Suzhou Ninth People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group(39 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with NB-UVB,and the observation group was treated with criborole ointment combined with NB-UVB.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions during treatment of the patients was evaluated,and the European AD scores,tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels,and serum total IgE and eosinophils(EOS)were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 94.87%and 67.50%and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The SCORAD scores of the moderate AD patients in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups decreased,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Serum total IgE and EOS levels in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 25.64%and 17.50%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Criborone ointment combined with NB-UVB can improve the clinical efficacy of moderate AD patients,improve serum inflammation level and serum total IgE and EOS levels,with high safety.
