摘　　要：目的:探究果酸换肤联合外用主含马齿苋提取物和青刺果油护肤品治疗轻、中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将轻、中度寻常痤疮患者随机分为对照组(果酸换肤治疗)、观察组(果酸换肤治疗联合外用主含马齿苋提取物和青刺果油护肤品),每组60例。比较两组患者临床疗效、角质层含水量和经表皮水分流失量(Transepidermal water loss,TEWL)。结果:治疗12周后,观察组总有效率为93.33%高于对照组总有效率78.33%(P<0.05)。治疗6周、12周后观察组患者的角质含水量均高于对照组(P<0.05),且与治疗前相比,治疗6周、12周后,观察组患者的角质含水量均升高(P<0.05)。治疗6周、12周后,观察组患者的TEWL均低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,观察组在治疗6周、12周后TEWL均降低(P<0.05)。结论:果酸换肤联合主含马齿苋提取物和青刺果油护肤品治疗面部轻、中度寻常痤疮疗效显著,同时可增加皮肤含水量,降低经表皮水分流失量,使用安全感良好。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of glycolic acid peel combined with skin care products containing purslane extract and prinsepia utilis royle oil in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.Methods 120 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into the control group(glycolic acid peel alone,n=60)and the observation group(combination of glycolic acid peel and skin care products containing purslane extract and prinsepia utilis royle oil,n=60).The clinical efficacy,cuticle water content and transepidermal water loss(TEWL)were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was 93.33%,and 78.33%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the cuticle water content in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The cuticle water content in observation group was significantly increased after 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,TEWL of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).TEWL in observation group was also significantly decreased at 6 and 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Glycolic acid peel combined with skin care products containing purslane extract and prinsepia utilis royle oil produced significant effect on the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris,and increased skin water content and reduce transepidermal water loss.It is safer to use it to treat mild to moderate acne.
