摘　　要：目的:探讨护理审美指导与心理干预护理对乳腺癌患者术后心理状态和生活质量的改善作用。方法:选取2018年3月-2021年5月经笔者医院住院治疗的135例乳腺癌改良根治术术后女性患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(67例)和观察组(68例)。对照组给予常规护理+心理干预,观察组给予常规护理+护理审美指导。出院后随访3个月,比较两组患者的心理状态、治疗依从性、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分均低于对照组,治疗依从性优于对照组,生活质量(Functional assessment of cancer therapybreast cancer,FACT-B)及护理满意度评分高于对照组,以上指标组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预及护理审美指导都对乳腺癌术后患者心理和生活有积极的影响,而护理审美指导对患者术后自我形象的认知和术后心理状态的调整具有建设性的积极影响,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of nursing aesthetic guidance and psychological intervention nursing on improving the psychological state and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 135 female patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(67 cases)and the observation group(68 cases).The control group was given routine nursing+psychological intervention,and the observation group was given routine nursing+nursing aesthetic guidance.The psychological state,treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after 3 months of follow-up.Results After intervention,the scores of hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the treatment compliance was better than that in the control group,the scores of functional assessment of cancer therapybreast cancer(FACT-B)and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group,and the differences in the above indicators between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention and nursing aesthetic guidance have positive effects on the psychology and life of patients after breast cancer surgery,and nursing aesthetic guidance has a constructive and positive effect on the self-image cognition and psychological state adjustment of patients after surgery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
