摘 要:本文以汽车行业为背景,以驾驶室高度阀为研究对象,以售后市场的质量反馈为基础数据,将产品失效模式为问题研究的切入点,应用FTA工具分析质量问题,深入研究产品失效的根本原因,对症设计产品改进方案,通过零部件实验,整车验证和市场投放,得出改善有效的结论,实现了产品质量改进,带动了企业质量成本的降低,提升了产品质量及品牌上的竞争力。This research bases on industry of commercial vehicle in heavy duty,and take height control valve of cabin as the research object.According to quality issues of the after-sales market to collect quality data,take failure mode of product as input of the research,utilize FTA tool to analyze the quality issue,analyst root cause of product failure in-depth,then make solution and take action,both which were proved effective according to component experiment,whole vehicle verification and market launch.The improvement of product quality have benefit of reduction of total quality cost,and promote competitiveness of product quality and manufacturer brand.
